Your membership helps Gainesville KTC maintain a regular and rich program of teachings and practices, furthering a pure and unbroken tradition of sanity, loving kindness, and compassion for all beings. Our center is 100% volunteer-run and depends on the generosity and support of our community.
Membership Types
You can join both Karma Triyana Dharmachakra (KTD), the American seat of H.H. the 17th Karmapa, and Gainesville Karma Thegsum Chöling (KTC) or just become a member of the local center (KTC). Your membership entitles you to discounts on books at our bookstore and to retreats and teachings. Most importantly, it ensures we can provide free meditation and Buddhist instruction to all who seek it.
