May 9th-11th Lama Yeshe of Hay River KTC and Karma Triyana Dharmachakra will give a weekend teaching entitled “Change, Chaos, and Contentment.” Signup is available on the Gainesville KTC Website. Lama Yeshe completed the first three-year retreat at Karme Ling under the direction of Khenpo Karthar Rinpoche earning the title of “Retreat Lama.” He took novice monk vows in 1994 from Tai Situ Rinpoche and fully ordained monastic vows in 2008 from Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche. Lama Yeshe is the resident Lama at the Hay River KTC in rural Ridgeland, WI. He travels throughout the country to other Buddhist centers to teach and lead retreats, as well as at holistic learning centers like the Omega Institute.Each morning session will begin with a Qi Gong session taught by Gainesville KTC's Dr. K.A. Shakoor.
